Project Board
The Project Board is the highest decision-making body of the Consortium. The Project Board is responsible for monitoring the overall progress of the Project, the resources used, and the costs incurred.
Deviations from the Project plans are discussed and decided upon by the Project Board, and communicated to the EC Project Officer. The Project Board is responsible of reviewing Projects deliverables, including scientific papers to be published in peer review journals, prior to making them available outside the Project Consortium.
All high level technical decisions are taken within the Project Board.
The Project Board is formed by:
- The Coordinator
- The Project Manager
- Each WP leader
- A representative of every partner (where not already represented by the members above)
