Coordination and management
This WP is led by the ICO and aims to ensure efficient coordination between the WPs and the management of the relationship with the EC. WP1 coordinates the tasks of the partners and the scientific content of the Project’s meetings. It guarantees that the EC legal contractual obligations are met following the grant agreement, coordinates the production of required progress, and manages the Project resources, spending and distribution of funds.
